                      Board Changes

Claims  Direct  plc ("The Company"), the personal  injury
claims  specialist, is pleased to confirm the appointment
to the Board of David Gravell as the Company's Operations
Director,  as  indicated in its trading statement  of  25
January 2001.

David  Gravell, aged 50, joined the Company  in  November
2000 as Director of Operations, having spent 22 years  at
Zurich Insurance (part of Zurich Financial Services,  the
fourth largest insurer in the UK with approximately 9,000
employees  and a turnover in excess of #2 billion)  in  a
variety  of  roles,  focused in  the  claims  management,
control  and  inspection area. As  an  operational  level
Director  of  the Commercial Division, he was responsible
for  the successful integration of the former Zurich  and
Eagle Star Commercial insurance divisions and was jointly
responsible  for running a business with 2,500  employees
and  an  annual turnover of #600 million.  Prior  to  his
career at Zurich, David Gravell worked at British Leyland
and  the  Bank  of  Scotland.  David  Gravell  is  not  a
Director  of  any  other  company,  publicly  quoted   or
otherwise,  and  there  is  no  relevant  information  to
disclose  under Paragraph 6.F.2 of The Listing  Rules  in
relation to his appointment.

At  the  same  time, Roger Plantier, 44, who  joined  the
Group  as  Marketing  Director  in  February  2000,   has
resigned  from his position and the Board. Roger  made  a
significant contribution to the Company during its  rapid
development and expansion leading up to its flotation  in
July  2000 and thereafter, managing its major advertising
campaigns, some of the most successful on British  TV  in
terms  of  building brand presence and  recognition.   In
view  of  its  fundamental importance to  Claims  Direct,
Colin  Poole,  Chief  Executive,  who  in  the  past  has
undertaken  this  role,  will assume  responsibility  for
marketing.

commenting on the Board changes said:
