CLAIMS DIRECT PLC - EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS

Claims Direct plc (the "Company") announces that options over 5 million
ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") granted to Marcus Donn (an
employee of Claims Direct) pursuant to a letter dated 23 December 1998 have
today been exercised. 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the
Official List of the Ordinary Shares and to the London Stock Exchange for the
admission of those shares for trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets
for listed securities.  It is expected that Admission will become effective
and that dealings will commence on 25 July 2000.

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing issued shares of the Company, there will be
192,564,973 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
