Further Investment in Alkemy

CIP Merchant Capital is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 26 July 2018, it has acquired a further 95,267 shares in Alkemy SpA ("Alkemy") (the "Further Shares") for a total consideration of approximately EUR1.1 million.

The Further Shares have been acquired from O2E Srl ("Seller"), a company affiliated to Francesco Beraldi, Alkemy's Vice Chairman. The Further Shares are subject to a lock-in, pursuant to which CIP Merchant Capital will not, inter alia, transfer the Further Shares on or before 5 December 2018.

Following the acquisition of the Further Shares, CIP Merchant Capital is now interested in 380,267 shares of Alkemy, representing approximately 6.9% of Alkemy's issued share capital.
