ADDITIONAL LISTING

The Company has today applied for the admission to the
Official List of the London Stock Exchange of 162,655
Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company.

The shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company in issue, are being issued
as Vendor consideration pursuant to the acquisition of
Grad Systems Limited.

Dealings in the shares are expected to commence on 10
August 1998.
