Delay to announcement of interim results

On 25 October 2001, Cedar plc ('Cedar'), the software and services group, 
announced its intention to release its interim results for the six months to 30 
September 2001 on 6 December 2001. Cedar now announces that it will be delaying 
the release of its interim results, which are expected to be announced later in 
December.

Since the last announcement, discussions have been continuing regarding Cedar's 
banking facilities, which remain under review by the Company's Bankers. As part 
of this process, Cedar is actively pursuing various strategic refinancing and 
restructuring options with a number of third parties.
