                  Cedar Change of Revenue Recognition Policy

The Board of Cedar Group plc has decided to apply the principles of US GAAP
for revenue recognition for the year ended 31st March 2001.  As a consequence
the preliminary results will be announced on 19th June and not 12th June as
previously announced.
