Partnership to develop Enterprise Wireless Application
Protocol ("WAP") solutions

Cedar and Equinox Solutions Through Partnership Limited
("Equinox Solutions") have extended their relationship to
deliver a wireless mobile access solution, which will
enable users to access Cedar applications via WAP
devices.  The service utilises the latest mobile
telephone technology to provide high levels of security,
rapid access, session control and reliability.  The WAP
service provides users with seamless access to Cedar
applications via its Application Service Provider
("ASP"), eCedar and to both the Internet and corporate
Intranets via the Equinox Managed Service Provision.

Cedar eTrack, the time management and man-hour accounting
application is the first application to be deployed in
this fashion.  With time management and time recording a
key part of the Enterprise Solutions marketplace,
Enterprises can now effectively manage time and expenses
recording via hand held devices such as WAP enabled
phones and Personal Digital Assistance's ("PDA's") with
GSM connectivity.
