UBC announces new deal with 23 Capital Radio Stations for supply of traffic and
                               travel information

UBC Media Group plc ("UBC") today announces that it has reached agreement with
Capital Radio plc ("Capital") to supply traffic and travel information to 23
analogue and digital radio stations owned by Capital Radio. The stations include
95.8 Capital FM, XFM, BRMB and the Century Network. Overall, these stations have
a weekly reach of 7.8 million listeners.

Under the terms of the deal, UBC will supply traffic and travel news content
based on information from its provider, Trafficlink, to the Capital Radio
stations.

This new, year long deal brings to over 200 the number of radio stations which
take UBC's traffic and travel services.  UBC is already a provider of traffic
and travel news to EMAP, GWR, The Wireless Group, Chrysalis Radio, Guardian
Media Group and UKRD.
