       Capital Interactive announces syndication deals for online radio

Capital Interactive, the online division of Capital Radio plc, today announces
a groundbreaking syndication deal for each of its first three narrowcast
stations with three different partner websites.

ATK13 (www.atk13.com), offering the best of up-tempo and hard-edged music, is
syndicated to 'another.com', the youth email site. Chyra (www.chyra.com),
partnered with the women's magazine site BeMe.com, is a station playing
contemporary music and all-time classic pop for women, while Glisn
(www.glisn.com) provides a blend of urban R&B and soul and is syndicated to
the home of black music, darkerthanblue.com.

The stations have been specifically matched to the profiles of the partner
sites, combining radio, retail and editorial elements to provide niche music
entertainment for the target audiences. All three stations will go live on the
partner websites by 9th April 2001 and are already on kikido, Capital's own
music website (www.kikido.com).
