Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for 48,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each
to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to
the Official List upon issuance.

The Application consists of 4,000 Ordinary shares issued in
connection with the acquisition of Border Television and a
further 44,000 Ordinary shares Blocklisted under the Companies
EPS Bonus Scheme. The shares listed shall rank pari passu with
the existing issued shares of the Company.
