BURANI DESIGNER HOLDING'S LISTED LEATHER GOODS DIVISION ANTICHI PELLETTIERI HAS RECEIVED APPROVAL FOR THE ACQUISITION OF FINDUCK FROM
ANTI-TRUST AUTHORITIES

Burani Designer Holding N.V (AIM: BRDH), a company offering Italian lifestyle products and services to customers world-wide, today notes
that the company's listed leather goods division, Antichi Pellettieri, majority owned by BDH's subsidiary Mariella Burani Fashion Group
S.p.A (MBFG), in which BDH holds a 60.93% stake, made the following announcement yesterday:

Cavriago (RE) - June 24, 2008

ANTICHI PELLETTIERI HAS RECEIVED APPROVAL FOR THE ACQUISITION OF FINDUCK FROM ANTI-TRUST AUTHORITIES

The acquisition of 100% of Finduck S.p.A. by APBags closed today, subsequent to approval received from the Italian and German Antitrust
Authorities. APBags is the newly constituted sub-holding of ANTICHI PELLETTIERI S.p.A, (handbags & accessories), a leading Leather Goods
company controlled by Mariella Burani Fashion Group S.p.A.

Finduck S.r.l. was acquired by AP Bags for EUR 36.9 million.

At closing, Mariella Burani Fashion Group, sold n. 2.315.789 shares of Antichi Pellettieri to Finduck Group S.p.A. at EUR 9.5 each, for
a total value approximating EUR22 million.
