    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 20 June 2008 it has purchased 100 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of EUR 5.19 per share for a total consideration of EUR 519.
    

    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 750,990 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,852,826 (excluding shares held in treasury).
