    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 13 June 2008 it has purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 5.20 per share for a total consideration of EUR 65,000.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 739,390 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,864,426 (excluding shares held in treasury).
