DIRECTORS INTERESTS

Brammer plc ("the Company") announces that on 7th May 2004 it granted awards
over its ordinary shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan to the
following directors:

Paul Thwaite                                         91,071

The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general
meeting in April 2002.

The directors are not required to make any payment for the shares, which shall
vest on the achievement of performance targets.  The performance targets will be
measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2004.
