          Formation of FK Multiservices Limited
 
Bandt plc, a provider of scaffolding and other industrial
services  to  construction  and manufacturing  businesses
throughout  the  UK, announces today the amalgamation  of
its industrial services activities into one entity to  be
renamed FK Multiservices Limited (FKM).
 
FKM,  which  will  become  operational  on  3  May,  will
ultimately comprise Bandt's existing industrial  services
businesses:  Kwikform's  Industrial  Services   Division,
Fincham  Industrial Services and three of the  businesses
acquired  in January and February, namely Global  Protect
Limited, THK Insulation Limited and certain activities of
Brian  Willey  Limited.  FKM will have approximately  800
employees  and  will operate initially from  branches  in
Middlesborough, Derby and Dartford.
 
Richard Wilson, Bandt's Chief Executive, comments:   "The
formation   of  FK  Multiservices  Limited  will   bring
together  all our businesses operating in the  industrial
sector  under  a  new brand name.  Our research  confirms
that  the  provision  of a range of  specialist  services
through  one  company will be well received in  a  market
which  will continue to grow in line with the  growth  in
outsourcing".
