  to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to the Official 
  List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London 
  Stock Exchange. 
 
  439 ordinary shares of 0.095p each were allotted pursuant 
  to Betfair Group Plc Short Term Incentive Plan. 
 

These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected to occur at 8am on 8(th) September 2015.
