RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) (the
Company) announces that Susanne Given, has informed the Board of
her intention to step down as Non-Executive Director of the Company
with effect from 14 September 2021, in order to focus on her other
business commitments. A selection process for an additional
Non-Executive Director is currently underway and the Company looks
forward to updating the market in due course.
