ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading

operations, is pleased to announce that at
its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed. The voting

Further to the announcement made on
25 July 2024 and following the close of the AGM, the Company
confirms that Sean Finnan, having not stood for re-election at the
AGM, has now stepped down from the Board and the composition of the
Board is now as follows:
