Director, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 128 shares under the Admiral Group 
Approved Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of 
 GBP11.804. 
 
Kevin  Chidwick and Family Holdings now  total 72,998 ordinary shares in Admiral 
Group plc.
