                                 Trading Update

Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited, the investment management group
focused on delivering investment returns through the management of absolute
return funds is pleased to announce that it is trading ahead of market
expectations. This trading update follows the earlier announcement of the
Absolute Activist Value Fund.

Despite recent widespread volatility in equity and commodity markets ACMH's
funds have performed strongly. All funds are either in line with or exceeding
their target return objectives. Four of the company's funds have recorded double
digit performance over the first four months of 2006. In addition, ACMH has been
nominated for four awards including 'Best Group', at the Hedge Funds Review
European Performance Awards being held later this month.

The Group has continued to grow funds under management to in excess of $1.2
billion up from $841 million at the beginning of 2006.

Commenting on current trading, Sean Ewing, Chairman of ACMH said: "Today we have
also announced the launch of our new fund, the Absolute Activist Value Fund for
which we are seeking to raise up to Euro1 billion. While trading conditions are
volatile our trading performance has continued to thrive."
