Adjournment of Annual General Meeting 
 
 
 
 
The Directors of the Company announce that the Annual General Meeting (the 
"AGM") which was scheduled for 9 July 2009 will be postponed due to an 
administrative error by the mailing house appointed by Capita registrars. A 
revised notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders in due course. The AGM will 
now be held at 2:30pm on Thursday, 20 August 2009 at the Company's registered 
office at Port of Liverpool Building, Pier Head, Liverpool L3 1NW. 
 
 
Copies of the Company's Notice of AGM, will be submitted to the UK Listing 
Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at its Document Viewing
