$20,000,000,000 GLOBAL COLLATERALISED MEDIUM TERM NOTES

Barclays Bank PLC announces that it has extended the maturity date of Series 11492 Class MV Fixed Rate Notes (ISIN XS1813572077), issued under its $20,000,000,000 Global Collateralised Medium Term Notes Programme, to 26 April 2021.

The notes were delisted on their original maturity date of 26 April 2019. Euronext Dublin was subsequently notified of the extension of the maturity date and has reinstated the listing of the notes.

Barclays Bank PLC further announces that its home member state for the purposes of the Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC) is the United Kingdom and withdraws its home member state announcement dated 30 September 2019.
