AMVIG ACQUISITION & DISPOSAL TRANSACTIONS 
 
 
On Wednesday 23 December 2009, AMVIG Holdings Limited lodged with the Hong Kong 
Stock Exchange an announcement advising of the suspension of trading from 9.30am 
on 23 December 2009, pending the release of an announcement in relation to two 
connected transactions of the Company involving an acquisition and a major 
disposal of companies and may have implications under the Codes on Takeovers and 
Mergers and Share Repurchases. 
 
 
On 31 December 2009, AMVIG lodged with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange an 
announcement relating to the acquisition of the remaining 45% equity interest in 
Famous Plus Group Limited, the connected transaction involving the disposal of 
Brilliant Circle Holdings International Limited and a proposed off-market share 
repurchase and resumption of trading. 
 
 
Amcor Limited holds indirectly 424,520,000 shares in AMVIG. If the proposed 
transactions are approved, Amcor's interest in AMVIG will increase from 38.95% 
to 45.99%.
