Non-renewal of Series Liquidity Facility

1 Capitalised terms used and not defined in this notice have the meanings given to them in the Great Hall Mortgages No. 1 plc Series 2007-02 Note Issue Supplement dated 26 June 2007.

2 Reference is made to the Series Liquidity Facility Agreement between, among others, Great Hall Mortgages No.1 plc ("the "Issuer") and Danske Bank A/S ("Danske Bank") as Series Liquidity Facility Provider (the "Series Liquidity Facility Agreement").

3 Pursuant to Clause 6.2 of the Series Liquidity Facility Agreement, a written request must be submitted to the Series Liquidity Facility Provider within the Series Liquidity Facility Renewal Option Period (the "Renewal Period") in order to renew the Series Liquidity Facility (such written request a "Renewal Request").

4 No Renewal Request was submitted to the Series Liquidity Facility Provider during the previous Renewal Period and the previous Series Liquidity Facility lapsed on 14 June 2017.

5 Danske Bank have confirmed that they do not intend to renew the Series Liquidity Facility as a Renewal Request was not submitted during the Renewal Period.
