Siemens AG said Tuesday that its subsidiary Flender is expanding
its activity in Western Australia with a new facility.
"The investment will include a new purpose-built 3,500
square-meter facility set for completion in September," the German
industrial-engineering company said.
The new facility will help Flender meet the increasing demand in
the region especially for wind energy and mining sectors, it
said.
