LONDON--Norwegian aluminum company Norsk Hydro ASA President and Chief Executive Officer Svein Richard Brandtzaeg is leaving to fill the same roles at Norwegian fertilizers group Yara International ASA (YAR.OS) from Feb. 1, Norsk Hydro said Monday.

Norsk Hydro has started looking for a replacement for Mr. Brandtzaeg who will continue working until further notice.

Mr. Brandtzae has been with Hydro for almost 30 years and chief executive since 2009.
