USCorp (OTC:USCS) and Arizona Gold Corp (“AGC”) a private British Columbia Corporation, today announced that they have retained the services of Pincock Allen & Holt to perform oversight to the geological evaluation and drilling program in compliance with mining regulations and to oversee future exploration activities and coordinate with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Heading the Pincock Allen & Holt team is its Chief geologist Barton Stone from Lakewood, Colorado, who will serve as the project leader.

(http://www.majordrilling.com) has also been retained to work with Pincock Allen & Holt in the actual drilling of the Twin Peaks project, which is expected to commence next quarter. The company was founded in 1980 and has grown into one of the world’s largest metals and minerals contract drilling companies.

Plans also include employing state-of-the-art VLF and satellite imaging technologies to identify and refine resource/drilling targets while providing a three-dimensional model of the overall ore body potential of Twin Peaks. To this end, the company has retained Image2Map Services, Inc., of Highland Ranch, CO. Image2Map Services, Inc. provides image processing and geological interpretations of satellite and aerial imagery to mining and minerals exploration companies worldwide. The company specializes in spectral interpretation to locate potential hydrothermal alteration targets and structure interpretation to locate potential lineaments and circular structures potentially related to mineralization of metallic deposits.

The team will work together to take advantage of the cumulative historical drilling, geological and assay efforts conducted at Twin Peaks; design a drilling program to confirm historical findings; and identify additional areas of mineralization.
