On May 31, 2016, Hugh Blakely submitted his resignation as the Director of Finance of Urban Barns Foods Inc. (the “Company”). Mr Blakely’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, practices or otherwise.

As a result of Mr. Blakely’s resignation, the positions of Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at the Company are currently vacant.
