(Pink Sheets:TMMI) today announced the following information: Now being thirteen (13) months since Corene E Dion-King (�CDK�), Director and �Previous Management� entered into what is now named in corporate records as the �April 2006 Stipulated Agreement.� The Agreement details a joint effort calling for the restructuring of TMM while maintaining the best interests of both the Company and its shareholders and the allowing for a restoration as a corporation. Upon the first annual review of the Agreement by CDK, with the apparent failure to address, let alone achieve, a majority of the Agreement, it was determined that any continuance of the Agreement would not be in the best interest of the Company nor the shareholders. Therefore, the Company, with neither the assistance nor presence of Previous Management, is moving forward in its restoration of prior industry and the expansion of new industry.
