Swatch Group AG (UHR.EB) said Wednesday that it named additional members to its executive management board and to its extended management board.

The Swiss watchmaker said Chief Controlling Officer Peter Steiger has been named to the executive management board. Mr. Steiger was already on the company's extended management board.

Furthermore, Mireille Koenig, Daniel Everts, Roger Juillet and Lionel a Marca have been appointed to the extended management board.

All appointments are effective as of Aug. 1, Swatch said.
