Sky440, Inc. (Pink�Sheets:SKYF) (�Sky440�) announced today that it has submitted its updated 15C211 Issuer Disclosure Statement to Pink Sheets and brokerage firms. Shareholders can request a copy by emailing patrick@sky440.com beginning Friday. Sky440 will also make it available on its web site at www.sky440.com as soon as the current update to the site is completed. Shareholders will also be able to view the document at www.pinksheets.com once the filing is posted.

Sky440 has been updating its current web site while its new web site, expected this spring, is under construction. The new site will provide greater interactivity between Sky440 and its vendors, customers and shareholders.

The updated 15C211 provides current information on Sky440, including share structure, overview, corporate information, beneficial share ownership and unaudited financial statements.
