11. Item 4 (Resignation, Removal or Election of Directors or Officers)

 

We disclose that, on October 28, 2024, PLDT Inc. (the “Company”) officially received a copy of the letter of Mr. Rolando L. Macasaet regarding his resignation as a director of the Company effective October 6, 2024, due to his resignation as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Social Security System. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Macasaet for his invaluable service to the Company as a PLDT director. We wish Mr. Macasaet continued success in all of his endeavors.

 

The resignation of Mr. Macasaet is not expected to have any significant impact on the Company’s current or future operations, financial position or results of operations.
