OMV AG said Wednesday that the supervisory board has reappointed Reinhard Florey as chief financial officer.

The Austrian oil-and-gas company said the CFO's mandate has been extended by another three years to June 30, 2024. Mr. Florey has been serving in this role since July 2016.
