Systems, Inc., (Other OTC: PKEH.PK), a rapidly growing diversified
energy company has been issued a new trading symbol by Nasdaq
(Other OTC: ENCS.PK). The new trading symbol "ENCS" becomes
effective on Monday, August 20, 2007 and replaces the previous
trading symbol. The company's trading name has also been officially
registered with Nasdaq and will now appear alongside the new ticker
symbol as Encore Energy Systems Inc. All current shareholders of
Peak Entertainment will trade under the new name and symbol with no
change to their shares or rights. No forward or reverse split is
