Engie to Create Joint Venture With EDP Renovaveis for Offshore Wind

Engie SA (ENGI.FR) said Thursday that it signed an agreement to
create a 50-50 joint venture with EDP Renovaveis SA (EDPR.LB) in
fixed-and-floating offshore wind.
The agreement follows the announcement of a strategic memorandum
of understanding in May to form a new entity with EDP Renovaveis to
invest in offshore-wind opportunities world-wide, the French
company said.
