Viyya Technologies Inc. (PINK SHEETS: VYON), developer and marketer of information management systems, today announced the formation of a new business unit aimed at answering campus and school administrators� requests for help protecting students from threats to their safety and security. Educational institutions, large and small, acknowledge that searching for better systems to disseminate alerts and protect students tops their lists of summer priorities Virtual Ed Link, Inc. projects a significant number of schools will be adding the EAIP in the coming days. Delivery and implementation is expected for some 200 school systems over the next 12 months. Projected revenues for the Virtual Ed Link service are estimated at approximately $2 to $2.5 million in recurring product licensing for its first fiscal year. Virtual Ed Link Inc., the Viyya subsidiary, will be staffed by Tim Brock, president of Atlantic Services Inc., and a team with seasoned professionals with experience in delivering solutions to school districts in the tri-state area.
