Explanation of Responses:
(1)  These shares are owned by Letterston Investments Limited, a BVI corporation, which is controlled by Mr. Zhi De Liao.
(2)  Part of the reported 16,631,250 total currently held includes (a) 625,000 shares held in the name of Letterston Investments Limited; and (b) 6,250 shares held in the name of Mr. Zhi De Liao. These amounts are the result of the Issuer's previous 1 for 100 reverse split filed on 11/10/16 and the 1 for 400 reverse split filed on 11/17/17. Prior to such splits, such amounts were (a) 250,000,000 and (b) 2,500,000, respectively.
