7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June
11, 2009, China Carbon Graphite Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the
“Company”), announced the introduction of a new graphite product, fine grain
graphite blocks/rods with a length of 3500 mm. A copy of the press
release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated
herein by reference in its entirety.
In
accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in Item
