5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On
March 2, 2020, Canbiola, Inc. (now known as Can B̅ Corp) (the “Company”) filed an amendment to its Articles of
Incorporation (the “Amendment”) with the Florida Secretary of State to effect a 300-to-1 reverse stock split of its
issued and outstanding, but not authorized, shares of Common Stock, as reported in the Company’s definitive Schedule 14C
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 13, 2019.
