BEHL would like to congratulate Renewed World Energies for being acquired by the publicly traded company, Aventura Equities, Inc. Now, with both owners of Alta 3 Global being public entities, the projects executed will have complete disclosure.

The purpose of the Alta3 Global Venture is as follows:

To operate a business related to (i) commercial production of algae commodities and proprietary products, (ii) marketing and sale of algae production systems to third Party customers and (iii) create a marketing distribution channel for the purposes of selling Joint Venture developed products and services.

In order to create an immediate, sustainable and scalable revenue stream, each Party to the Joint Venture shall contribute (i) the relevant and applicable resources and contacts respective to each Party and (ii) such existing, in development and to be developed product(s) and expertise directly related to the Algae Pro Photobioreactor III ("PBR III").

As a reminder, the 1st Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on February 24th, 2010 at 12:00pm at the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The purpose of the Shareholder Meeting is to meet our shareholders, answer questions and to give a detailed synopsis of where BEHL is now, where we believe we will be six months from now, and a year from now.

Following the BEHL Shareholders Meeting is the National Algae Association (NAA) West Coast Chapter Workshop, of which Mr. Dennis Fisher is President and event host. For your convenience, the NAA Workshop will also be held at the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, February 25th - 26th; Time: 8:00a.m.

The "corners" for the Algae Pro Photobioreactor (180 degree turns) have passed through US Customs from China, and were delivered today to 2400 South Garnsey in Santa Ana. The offloaded total of 1,168 "corners" represents approximately 3.5 acres of the Algae Pro Photobioreactor farm.

In combination with the BEHL enhancements, the Algae Ventures Harvester Version II is complete and will be delivered by BECO Labs to BEHL today. Renewed World Energies is adding their enhancements into the version II blueprints so that BECO may begin building Version III next week. The expected completion date is the second week in March.
