BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) announced today after concluding several months of due diligence, Biocentric Energy Holdings and Renewed World Energies (RWE) have agreed to form "Alta3 Global" (A3G) which will own licensing from both companies to market, install and operate closed loop photo bioreactor systems utilizing their combined technologies.

RWE's CEO, Rick Armstrong and CTO, Tim Tompkins spent last week at the new Biocentric Energy headquarters located in Santa Ana, California reviewing all equipment, property and plans. RWE's expert engineering and extensive experience with pumps, valves and automated system designs have provided significant improvements to our commercial system. Many of these improvements will result in cost reductions that will not only be passed on to future clients but will help BioCentric Energy's goal of selling the lowest cost, and most durable commercial closed-loop photobioreactor system in the world.

Biocentric has received many calls and inquires from our shareholders asking about our new headquarters. Now that the dust has settled we are more pleased than ever with the additional space for both the company's lab and the construction of our operational onsite commercial closed-loop systems.

Keeping a constant eye and monitoring the growth and production of the algae in our closed loop photobioreactor system is paramount. This is why BioCentric Energy is in the process of hiring an in house phycologist and algae specialist from the top algae institution and research facility located in the heart of the USA. While BioCentric Energy's equipment and closed loop systems have been engineered and constructed to achieve maximum algae growth, it is equally important to ensure that they algae is being monitored for contamination. Also, with both hands on and remote monitoring, Biocentric can add or reduce nutrients to improve the growth rate and quality of the algae. The addition of the in-house phycologist will provide BioCentric Energy with the extra support as the company moves toward selling systems and solidifying contracts.

With recent sales of Biocentric Energy's desktop continuous flow system and algae culturing station, the new "Algae Wall Unit" is in the final testing phase and will be ready for display and sale by January 30. Photos of this unit will be placed on BioCentric Energy website and as well as on exhibit at the NAA Workshop in February.
