BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) today announced the company is in serious negotiations to upgrade the company from the Pink Sheets to the Bulletin Board Stock Exchange.

Upon completion of this 1800 square foot system, the company will commence construction of an additional 4500 square foot unit at the same corporate facility.
