In that role he succeeds Yann Leblais, who assumed the position of Global Director Infrastructure for ARCADIS earlier this year. Mr Simonin, a Frenchman, has held several management positions at Jacobs, a U.S. based consulting engineering firm. His last position was with Jacobs Southern Europe where he was Vice-President of Business Development for France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Morocco. Mr Simonin is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the international consulting and engineering field, particularly in chemicals, manufacturing, oil and gas, as well as energy and hospitals. He was also a member of the Board of Jacobs France.
