Notice to Shareholders

 

Mina Mar Group (MMG) as a creditor secured on control block preferred shares intends to move on its security. MMG has advised the current and ex-management of ADHC of its intent and intends to seize control of the company unless it receives a sum of $39,500 owed to MMG as part of its final obligation and a further sum of $45,000 plus interest on a certain derivative agreement which it has a contractual agreement with the current management operating from Spain.
