R & A Productions, Inc. (OTCQB: RAPP) announced today that at the open of business June 15, 2011 the name change of R & A Productions, Inc (RAPP) to "American CryoStem Corporation" will take effect. The new symbol on this date will be (OTCQB: CRYO).

(formerly known as American CryoStem), consisting primarily of completed platform technology, significant intellectual property, initial processing facility in New Jersey and assembled participating physician network accelerates our North American initiative. We anticipate the name change to American CryoStem Corporation to be the final step of our business plan prior to the commercialization of our clinical processing methodology. We concluded it to be beneficial to change our name and symbol to one that is easily recognizable in the stem cell and regenerative medicine industry, which we believe will reinforce brand recognition. We are delighted to have been granted CRYO as our new stock symbol as it truly represents our business model."
