Bluestone Resources Announces Organizational Changes; Appoints New CFO and Corporate Secretary

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb 7, 2014) - Bluestone Resources Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:BSR) ("Bluestone" or the "Company") today announced the appointment of Edward Low as Chief Financial Officer and Jeff Dare as Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.

Mr. Low is a Certified General Accountant with 17 years of financial management experience. His experience includes providing audit and accounting services with a chartered accounting firm and serving as a senior analyst with a private real estate and mezzanine lending company. Mr. Low's latest experience includes providing financial reporting support services to both private and TSX Venture Exchange listed resource exploration companies.

Mr. Dare has over 6 years of public company experience in the junior mining industry with respect to managing external reporting and corporate compliance. He currently serves as the Corporate Secretary for Riverside Resources Inc, a TSX-V listed company and Corex Management Inc., a private administration company. Through Corex Management Inc. he provides compliance for a number of private companies and has been involved with two TSX-V Capital Pool Company listings and their subsequent Qualifying Transactions. Mr. Dare works closely with external partners and service providers in the areas of legal, transfer agency, audit, banking and insurance.

Mr. Dare received a BA from Simon Fraser University and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. After university he started his financial career working at a major Canadian bank.

This appointment comes with the departure of Mr. Singh as CFO and Ms. Nowak as Corporate Secretary. In addition, Mr. Bruce Counts has resigned from the board of directors. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Counts, Mr. Singh and Ms. Nowak for their significant contributions to Bluestone and success in their future endeavors.
