Bluestone Resources Inc. ("Bluestone", the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BSR). Further
to the Company's press release dated December 18, 2013, Bluestone advises that
the terms of the Units under the loan agreement have been amended.


Each unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of Bluestone and
one transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant being exercisable
into another common share of the Company at a price of $0.05 for a period of
four months, not two years as previously stated.
