Liberty Gold Corp. (TSX:LGD; OTCQX:LGDTF) ("Liberty Gold" or the
"Company") is pleased to announce the release of the company’s
inaugural Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) Report,
reflecting our commitment to responsible, transparent and ethical
exploration and development.
The 2021 Environmental, Social and Governance
Report provides a clear statement of our purpose as an exploration
and development company and sets out the values under which the
Company operates, both on a day-to-day basis and also over the
longer term to guide strategic decision making.
Cal Everett, President & CEO of Liberty Gold
stated, “We place great importance on protecting our environment
and creating a positive impact on the communities we work in. Our
progressive and innovative approach is demonstrated by our recent
receipt of the 2022 Environmental Excellence Award from the State
of Utah’s Department of Natural Resources and our voluntary program
to plant 20,000 sagebrush seedlings to rehabilitate important
habitat areas to support greater sage-grouse populations.”
The report includes both quantitative metrics
and qualitative disclosures for our offices and site operations
from January 1 to December 31, 2021. The report is aligned with the
standards and framework of the Sustainability Accounting Standards
Board. Liberty Gold will continue to report on our performance on
an annual basis.

ABOUT LIBERTY GOLD
Liberty Gold is focused on exploring for and
developing open pit oxide deposits in the Great Basin of the United
States, home to large-scale gold projects that are ideal for
open-pit mining. This region is one of the most prolific
gold-producing regions in the world and stretches across Nevada and
into Idaho and Utah. We know the Great Basin and are driven to
discover and advance big gold deposits that can be mined profitably
in open-pit scenarios. Our flagship projects are Black Pine in
Idaho and Goldstrike in Utah, both past- producing open-pit mines,
where previous operators only scratched the surface.
