Robert Walters plc ("the Company")

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for a Listing of 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 20p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to
the rules of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.

The admission and dealings will be effective in the Ordinary Shares from today,
6 November 2003.
