ADDITIONAL LISTING



Application has today been made for 340,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
pursuant to the exercise of options.  The new shares will rank pari passu with
the existing ordinary shares in the Company, and trading is expected to commence
on 7 October 2003.
